I just mentioned Journals.. but must keep in mind.. Obviously, articles must be educated, well structured, meaningful and with valid set of references(most imp). Good/ bad or new or original are very subjective and must be quantized somehow..just saying "Raasaathi is a wonderful song" doesnt help
