as this was the requirement. In other words mainly supports set-fields
from Documentum and use of Table Fields to display search results.

It looks to me like he's using the COM facility of the .NET API, not user tool
automation. It should be possible to get the list of fields using that. The
code looks about right. Does GetListField not return the list of field ids?

(ARSystem.NET.chm). Perhaps you were thinking of the Server.GetAllFields()

I finally got Mid-Tier going on my development server and had some problems
with URLs. BMC Support said mid-tier 6.0.3 had lots of great improvements
and would work on my 6.0.1 server if I installed patch 1490. I did that
along with patch 17 for mid-tier, admin tool and user tool.
