To: Shellman,
We don't use ITSM but you should be able to do this in the form called
User. This is one of the base forms that is imported with the ARS layer,
same as group. I would think that you should also have the 3 fixed

Hi,
It's better for you if you create support groups directly from form Support
Group. When you fill data, group id is automatically created.
If you want permission groups - user group form. Here you must define id -

You should always make your people and group additions through the
Remedy Application Config form as it spawns the information in a number
of locations in ITSM. But I have found that if you use the Group form
to see what you have and the User form to confirm everything is set up
correctly, then
Hello Everyone,

If you are on ITSM 7.0, you should go to the Application Administration
Console. From there, it will show you a list of things you need to
configure, including users.
The reason I suggest you start there is because the proper way to set
up the users requires they have a People record as well,

I believe it would be the Mid-tier to ARS Security. We have a pretty

The ars v6+ (maybe v5+?) API comes with the ability to encrypt (to RCA

There are a few ARS server config settings that drive the details:

Encrypt-Data-Encryption-Algorithm

I think all you really have to do is the following:
add this on the arserver ar.conf

How did you adjust the field width and height? Did you do it directly in
the code? The reason I ask is the field width attribute of a radio
button does not change the padding in between the radio button options
and the field height attribute is read only in the Admin tool.
Actually I don't think it's the Admin tool doing it. It's the Midtier.
It has some directive turned on by default to replace multiple spaces
