We are currently trying to import about 600,000 records using the import
tool and it seems extremely slow and gets slower as the imported records get
higher. I had started the process at 3pm and at 5pm it was at 10% but left
it overnight and now it's only at 24%. There are no processes

No This is the default error message and I have not modified

patch should not make that much of a difference, its the ITSM patch that is
likely to modify any ITSM related workflow if any..

BMC is indicated this is an install shield issue. This customer had the same
issue called into BMC back in 2006 when installing slm
