Okay, it's too early, and my brain is not yet working.
I have the need to create a URL for my mid-tier that will pull up
tickets matching a search criteria. For this example, we'll use 'Status'
= New
I tried the following:
Here's an example of one we use:
http://mid-tier server:port/arsys/forms/remedy
server/AST%3AComputerSystem/Management/?qual=%27Instance%20Id%27%3D%22GUID%22
The users get a login screen before the form containing the record appears.
Cheers

However, the bar at the bottom of

It's hard to tie this in with politics though.
Obama drives a Ford Escape Hybrid, which isn't listed here.
McCain drives a Cadillac CTS, a 2005 Volkswagen convertible, a 2001 Honda

On the people form, have you set the user as a Support Staff and then
added them to a Support Group? Those 2 things are necessary in order for
you to add the Functional Role. The functional role is tied to the
support group that you select.

The template sequence is fine, you can manually add adhoc tasks as well.
The sequence of tasks seem fine, its just sometimes the tasks don't
activate when moving from Scheduled to Planning in Progress.
Has anyone had issues with Tasks in Change Management not activating?

Hi List
A question for the email gurus
If you have two servers behind a load balancer, what is the best way to use the

Thanks for any help

The way we have it setup is both windows servers have the email engine
service running.
In the User tool on the AR System Server Group Operation Ranking form,
we have set one of the servers as primary and one as secondary.
As best practice, when rebooting, I always stop the service on the
I'm not sure if you are confusing the stages but after the Scheduled

Progress comes after Scheduled for Authorization and before Scheduled
for Review. Tasks do not get fired off until it hits the Scheduled
