From the approval console, if I approve/reject a ticket using the Approve or
Reject button I got the following error :
ARERR [8932] You do not have write license
ARERR [330] You do not have write access to field : 13191
In my knowledge, for approving any

You could also try copying the DB across, remove any server references if found
in that DB, then install the production version of the ARS to that new DB on
the new server and then go upwards from there..

I believe that the person approving needs an AR license not an itsm based
license. Just make sure that the user has a floater assigned to them and that
the floater license count is not maxed.
