You may need to increase the "Plugin Default timeout". I believe the
default is 60 seconds if it is not set. I usually need to set it to 120 (or
more) depending on your LDAP configuration.

You can get the User Tool to run, but the Crystal ODBC Driver is not
supported (and works only sporadically, if at all) on a 64-bit OS. You will
need to do your report development on a 32-bit platform, IMHO.

recommend you take a look at it to see if you need to upgrade to Asset Mgmt 7.5
instead of developing any customizations that you may need.
