Tristan, Meena, The error is not complaining about the armonitor.log file but the armonitor.lck file that is found in the same db directory. While your permission is 755 for the armonitor.log file, I bet you have much lower permissions on the armonitor.lck file. Maybe 700 or something? I just

My Remedy 6.03 P25 database has been updated from Oracle version 9.2.0.7 to 10.2.0.4, and the storage has been migrated to ASM. Now any time I try to modify a form I get a time-out error from Remedy and the only way I can save the change is to re-start the Remedy service. Has anyone else seen

Oracle version 9 clients are compatible with Oracle 10 server, so you do not really need to reinstall the old clients. You may be running short on ARTMPSPC space?? Running the ARS upgrade will not get you anywhere if this is the case. Check your data file size and its used and free portions and
