I've had this same problem too.. What I did was used a field that works, save the menu, export as a XML def, edit the field to the right field in the XML mapping, and import with the replace in place option using the RDS. It works.. You might not want to use AR Admin 7 tool just in case it breaks

390695 is not an Escalation thread ID. I think it is the AREA/ARDBC plugin thread ID. But you may have something there. There must be an Escalation updating data using ARDBC? So since the escalation itself is not reporting the failure, but the plugin is, it may explain the seemingly fixed intervals
