Remedy normally strips off any whitespace at beginning or end.
If you import data, you can get data like that. Possibly in many other
ways as well.
My suggestion is that you try to get rid of any data with leading/trailing
whitespace.

The place to change the Approval Phase Names is in the APR:SYS-Approval
Definition form, in the Phase Name field. You just type in whatever name
you want to use rather than select from the Menu. Once you change it there,

parent Change this relationship is held on another form and would be difficult
to do the workflow since you could have two child changes.
Upgrading ITSM and ARS are completely different animals. Not that an ARS

Can I get some people running 7.5 to run a test for me. I'm running 7.5 Patch
5 and Patch 6 here and have 'Enable License Tracking' turned on in the Admin
Console. At this moment I'm not seeing any 'Read' or 'Read Restricted' records

Is that data you are talking about? How do you get code changes moved to
production?
Do you have app admins that have Admin rights to make the changes that
developers design? I have seen this with other systems but not Remedy
