A 552 error usually is associated with running out of space in the db log or data tables. I don't use MS-SQL but I would guess that the SQL Admin interface could indicated free tablespace for the tables. In Oracle the DBA will need to extend the tablespace. Also, Oracle tables can be set to autoex

We have a rigorous documentation procedure that includes our SDLC methodology. Most of our developers are not huge fans of all the documentation but it has saved us on many occasions. We use the same procedure on every change we make whether it is adding a couple of fields or lots of workflow.
