Any idea what this error is
i am getting this error when i am sending a mail to the email server(i had done
a new configuration and this did work earlier,but now it has stopped working)
I can see the errors in the Email Error Log form.
System is not accepting any mails i am send in a fixed form
The SHR:SchemaNames record should have been created automatically when you
created the class in the CMDB.
Have you searched this form to check if the entry already exists?
The Sync Asset UI form is just another view of the SHR:SchemaNames form.

Just for clarification, are you saying that you are allowing users to access
the system while making administrative changes? Bad mojo, if you are. The
process you are talking about is normal (creating a copy of the table,
rebuilding the table, and moving the data back in... this process
Can someone tell me what the length of the summary field is for
CHG:Infrastructure Change form is? I believe it is 100 OOB.
I have increased the length of my field and now some of my users are getting
errors when the system is trying to send notifications

I am installing on Suse Linux (non-root). The base install works fine
but after starting the server the arplugin server dies.
Commenting out the approval server fixes the problem

I remember seeing that error once before with the older tool. Reinstalling the
client tool and restarting my laptop resolved that problem whatever it was..
I'm guessing with the new install your user name somehow is not passed along
with the other login information while trying to login?

We have a rigorous documentation procedure that includes our SDLC methodology.
Most of our developers are not huge fans of all the documentation but it has
saved us on many occasions. We use the same procedure on every change we make
whether it is adding a couple of fields or lots of workflow.
I've tried with and without a preference server. Still the same error.
The java is showing 1.6.0_10.
The user tool logs in without a problem.
I think I will try to reinstall Dev Studio in the morning.
