Just wondering - does anybody set their server chunk size to less than 1000?
I think the lowest I have seen set is 1000.
And - if you did -- did it make a difference? or - would 1000 be ok?
Thanks,

Thanks for your suggestion.

I never have set it lower. 1000 is a rather small chunk and it means more
fetches when doing large queries. Typically the larger the chunk the faster
the performance of your remedy query but at the cost of memory on the server.

A good rule of thumb would be that if you need to add more than 5 attributes
then use a regular class.
Categorisation subclasses don't have new regular forms created for them so the
database impact is reduced.
If, however, you need any of your new attributes to be required fields in a

Was a typo. I meant 1920x1080..
My Personal laptop is that resolution and it means I have to adjust to a
smaller resolution when displaying it on a smaller resolution screen. While
that's generally OK most of the time, it gets to be a little more of an
inconvenience when demonstrating stuff

I know this thread’s from last month.. But I’ll give you a try..

On 1920x1080 you know you do not need an external monitor. It's a luxury if
you have it.
But lower than that I have always had the need for an extended monitor. Its
hard to develop without one.. At least I feel so..
Or maybe its just that I need a vision check :-)

Thanks for the reminder Rick.
I am told that the health club has been totally rebuilt with all new

My AV contract doesn't tell me resolution of the projectors so I have asked
them for it.
My laptop is also 1920X1080 deliberately so that native resolution is

That's the nice thing about the 1920x1080 resolution! Fits most new standard
televisions..
You don't usually get projectors to match that but there are a few
reasonably priced ones now in the market that you can get on that
resolution..

We have few custom attributes were we need to create a custom class. But the

Can you please share your experience on how to decide on creating a regular vs
