JD, We have an RFE on file with BMC for the 7.6.04 installer against Oracle RAC. They have duplicated the issue. AR system installs fine on server 1 but when going to server 2 in order to install AR system in a server grouping. The installer completes but there are "weird" issues.  The plugin

Tricia, I believe turning off the sandbox will allow CI's  to go directly into the production data set upon creation.  Which out of the box is BMC.Asset. In my environment, that would be bad, very bad. :-( If I am not mistaken, this uses an out of the box reconciliation job to execute also.

Spell-check is also built into Firefox.  You can verify by right-clicking on a misspelled word (which will have a red line underneath it) and the drop down will show the correct spelling suggestions.  We recommend using firefox versus IE with Remedy. Hope this helps :-)

John, That is correct.  I had to write a customization we called "Print from Web" because OOB does not do Printing from the web without a Crystal Reports server.  This is pre 7.6.04 when they robustly built out the mid-tier reports via the web. Nice, huh?

The problem is in the pluginsvr_config.xml file. The upgrade has erased the XML entry associated with it. There should be a backup made by the installer. It is in arsystem/BACKUP BMC recommends you back up this file before upgrading because it is a known issue it causes. __
