There has to be as setup file (a bat file on windows if I remember
correctly).

the 8.1 version, then for example « Remedy Asset Management
Application 8.1.00 » and youll see « Help System BMC remedy
».

I haven¹t worked with ITSM 8.x as yet but yes there were separate installers
available for ITSM help right from ITSM 5.x. I¹m gue
