I think there's a KB for this onethat suggestsdeleting your multilicense.ar file, I think it's called. When you restart ARS, it should generate another.

stopped ARS,
deleted multilicense,
started ARS,
multilicense recreated
same errors...
it looks like Server has to be licensed!

I can login to ITSM APPs. Submit HD Ticket with just ARS Demo License (no
ITSM App Licenses).
