We are not using any OOTB modules - Incident, Change or Asset Management. Would
RRR work in a customized environment?
Thanks!!

We are using LicMon to monitor licenses for all clients. Using this, we can
track total# and available fixed o
information, LicMon imports 2 forms ADM :License Monitor and
ADM: Individual License Detail. It uses 2 perl scripts in the background that
calculates the license information and loads it in these tables. These scripts
uses ARSPerl module and some API calls. I am not sure from which form/table it
yea...I suppose you could do thatthe information in that form is coming
from a plugin, that uses the api to provide the table contents...so, you
should be able to use the same source as the table and provide the proper
queries to do what you needthat might be an option.

Can't I get the user information from 'Manage User Licenses' form like current

Hello,
We are using a free License monitoring utility 'LicMon'. It uses perl scripts
to load license information to 'ADM-License Monitor' and 'ADM-License
Individual Detail' form.
I am trying to get rid of these scripts and create a remedy workflow.
If Ontrack Data Recovery™ can recover these top ten disasters, could they
restore ESP's license monitor software? See their recent news section:

Joe,
We have our system set to log server statistics on a fairly frequent
interval and we don't see a lot of impact.
I'll agree that Misi's processes are robust and give nice data.
For us, I created a form that collects data on
make it collect only user and license related information?

Carol,
I sort of like that feature too, only I'm not confident it might work
correctly in a load balanced environment.. Has anyone tested it on a load
balanced environment (Server Groups)?
It works like a charm and
we simply report off of the records where the Total Count is not NULL.
Let me know if you need any help with the workflow.
Thanks.

If you're running ARS v. 7.x, you're in luck! One of the new features
