I am trying to populate site address field in People form from external source.
I am able to populate all the other location information except site address
does not get populated,
I tested from remedy import tool and that works fine, the site address get
populated when I use site city, site
Site address I pulled from the site record it is not able to populated as you
are attempting.

You’re looking in the wrong place.
The site address is in the form SIT:Site.
The People record has the SITE ID, which is used to read the address in
SIT:Site and displays it along with the person record data.

Address field update when a Push Field from an escalation modifies the Site
field. Most of the workflow around this change happens with a Menu Select or a
Return function. We update Remedy accounts through Active

If you are talking about the Site Address
field on the CTM;People form, its a display only field. When a people
record is displayed, the address gets built from the address info on SIT:Site
for the corresponding site. Or am I missing what you are trying to
do?

I missed that portion on my email. This is indeed on the CTM:People form, and
the Site Address field updates when the Site is selected from the Menu or when
you hit the Enter key in that field. The update to Site Address does pull the
information from the SIT:Site Alias Company LookUp form I
