Hi all,
I get the error "The specified plug-in does not exist. : REMEDY.ARF.CAI ARERR
8755 in arerror.log, when I start submit a service request in SRM 8.1.02 SP4.
Also, I am unable to view the SR process view to debug errors as it throws
error "Error on loading the document"

Somehow the text got truncated when it was sent. The plugin-path in the
ar.cfg file looks fine. Also, the ardbcconf and serveradmin plugins are
listed, you just overlooked them. I put double quotes around the plugin
path, restarte
