I had built an integration to ETAdirect (a TOA Technology product) using BizTalk as a data orchestrator to leverage its capability to optimize the allocation of field service engineers over a geographical area and used this on an already existing home grown application to manage field services.

I used to have a document that was very specific in where not to use a colon in an email template being sent to Remedy. I can't find it in the documentation other than do not use Name: Login: Server: Are there any others that are going to make the email engine reject the incoming mail? ITSM
