I agree. I think the pool will do well. It's good that the boaredwalk
pavillions are planned to be leased out, and renovated (either temp or
perminate). Withouth that factor, i don't know how well the pool would do.
People would still go, but the atmosphere should be a lot better with

Point Pleasant Beach does free movies on a giant screen
I don't have the article in front of me with the list where the boardwalk
retail tennants are listed. But, i remember they were mostly restaurants? Do
you think there are more places they didn't mention? I don't have any one
thing in mind, but how's a boardwalk full of restaruants
