You don't need the JAWS upgrade, get a Unicorn DVC license and then you should be able to use NVDA through rdp natively.

They've rewritten it for 2019.3. And they seem to have totally reworked it, to the point where it doesn't resemble any of the original nvda remote code. No longer do you go to the standard remote connection

The audio service can't be started. I know I am typing the command in right place. OCR tells me that the problem is something with having to do with devices.

The audio service is everything stopping you from getting sound on that Windows Server machine, as was already pointed out. You can also ask the administrator to enable it permanently and your problems will be solved. Just

You want to pay Jaws however much it costs to get the upgrade that makes Jaws just work, then install it on both sides. Probably is the only way for you to get a quality solution.

They don'tn ecessarily have to know about screen readers. All they have to do is go in and enable audio. I assume if you're using Windows Server 2016 or 2019, you should be able to enable Narrator? Maybe it's only in Windows Server 20

when you first install windows server, basically there is not much installed with it. the first thing you will need to do is get someone to install the windows audio drivers from server manager, then you can use narrator and download NVDA

It's actually really simple. I believe most hosting providers will do the hole setup process for you, so you'll just need to connect to your server with rdp and type narrator in the run dialog. From there you should be able to get nvda or whate
