Well I dont think anything is lacking, but going from the built in
outputs on the SB and comparing them to this DAC, I feel I have more
depth and a wider sound stage so I'm wondering if there is even more of
that 'difference' left by going up a notch. The best would be to try

That's it! That's the exact card. Too bad I just spent $20 for 75' of
cat-5E and pulled it under my floor. For $17 though... I'll order one of
those
cards up and try it out. FYI: You need a size 8 and size 9 torx driver
to open the SB3 up and get to the guts.
Thanks!

Thanks Richie (Spooky - my name's Ritchie!) I have the bands on. When I
bought my current speaker cable (DNM reson) it was ex demo and had been
made up exactly how I wanted it now, but the banana plugs did not fit in
the back of the NAD 3020e so I cut them off. I still have the plugs i

The Mission 773s will need shorting links between the two pairs of
terminals on the back if you're not bi-wiring.
There's a copy of the manual here:

Try swapping your cables to the other set of terminals on the speakers
and see if that changes t

Well I have plugged in all the power supplies and I think the sound is
more open and quicker and also has a touche more bass. Still going to
biwire though as soon as I can get my cables adapted.
Happy as a sand boy.
Will this pleasure never end?

I was very happy with my Cyrus 2. Only moved on because it was from a

Thanks Phil.
Its sounding pretty good with only one power supply - will be
interesting to hear what it is like with two.
In my 5.1 days I can remember being gobsmacked with the difference
biwiring my Missoin 773s made. That was with a Yamaha receiver. It seems
a waste not to hook up the other h
