Denon and Onkjo are a good choice in this price range.
Try to listen both with the future speakers.
And yes, you can run your TV over the amp (for the sound)

1. not only different systems affect the outcome, but also the volume
that the music is played at has an affect. I am playing at quite a low
volume and therefore this has an effect on the balance which might seem
overemphasised when played at

i was not expecting much, if at all, with p.62 mods. but to me, this
latest changes are more noticeable than tt3.0 was from factory
settings. music and voices
Have you heard of the Outlaw Audio brand of receivers? They are very
highly regarded on Audiogon at least, and they are very inexpensive for
what you get. I would go for one of those, or a used Arcam, or the $400
NAD integrated amp before I went with one of your choices.

Ok. How do you know that the PID 13 is Watchdog? Doesn't the PID change
constantly?

Yes, it's Shunyata Venom 3 driving my power amp. It replaced my much
pricier Nordost power cable, which is now delegated to powering my
pre-amp. Shunyata offered much more liquid sound

I asked that server question because it *does* make a diff here. I
doubt you recall, but for instance I had to make my TT3.0 buffer size
at least 4000 to prevent interruptions (extremely minute, but audible)
due to the buffer emptying with some of the configs. It's not a network
problem

Put TT3.0 default and Guido F (early p62 SBGK) together and SBGK and
Logitech together.
IMO the Guido F and TT3.0 defaults are similar except a few values, and
the same with the SBGK and Logitech.
I'm running SBGK and must admit I enjoy it. :)
