Hi Roger The weight of the inner panels on the ASH 30 Mi is similar. Schleicher has put the airbrakes in the inner panels which made them considerably longer and heavier compared to the inner panels on the ASH 25. I agree, you best use a rigging aid but the outer panels are surprisingly lightw

Roger must have a light one or the owner I was talking to meant the inner and outer panels together. Still too heavy. My ASW20B was around 10 to 15 % heavier than I liked including lifting the tail and it was the lightest one that came in here. Nice to fly but an A model Ventus wafted up
