At this point we have decided to enter a reversing
transaction to void the check since it is the first
time it happens. We are planning to upgrade to SP3 +
hotfixes. Hopefully the problem will not occur again.

There are some classes called BOMHierarchyCheck. There is also a
class BOMHierarchy... something with consistency.

week 2 (i.e. NO week 1), this is the case.
Fix it in global::WeekOfYear().
Change 1 to 2 and 2 to 1 in the case-statements; that will do the trick...
