Affiliation history can not be deleted, unless you change its allowdelete
property of the underlying data source.
If you have development license, you can change that so you can delete it.
Then you can return back the allowdelete property to false.
Another way you can use table browser to do that.

As I know, there is no feature for "cancellation" of a porduction order. But a work-around solution can be:
-Lock the order for rescheduling (prod lines/setup tab/ locked)
-Reset the capacity reservations for the scheduled orders (prodline/jobs button/functions: job updating)

think MBS have stated use of Q orders can cause problems in costingcheck out
their 'costing' package release which is backwards compatible to SP2 and SP3...I
cannot recall whether this solves the Q orders problem or whether MBS know its a

It is impossible to figure out the reason without looking at the actual data but one scenario where this can happen is where the
