Hi all, I am getting workflow stopped error exactly after the due date and time is completed, if the workflow is not approved by due date. Did you ever notice this error before in your implementations? This is happening only when Escalations is setup. The error message is - The iterator does

Were you running the workflow processing job? If not, look for the tutoral for workflow processing. That process must be running for the submitted workflow to be forwarded to the appropriate person for approval. Also, you may want to examine the heirarchy of positions in HR. This is how workflow
