As this is a machine building scenario, there are almost 500 parts that need
to go for painting to the vendor.

You can adopt following process,
1. Create Transfer Order (Material to be sent) to Job Worker Warehouse
(Virtual)
2. Create & End Production at Job Worker Warehouse
3. Create Transfer Order (FG) to Original Warehouse
For this you need to take care of following set up

Our scenarios is to send material as per BOM to sub contractor he will do some
process on that and send to us FG/Sub FG.
pls let me know What is the standard processor to map above scenario.

It depends upon the line type u have selected for the Sub BOM, If the line type
for the sub BOM is productin yes u r right, axapta creates the order only after
firming, if the line type for the sub BOM is item the system creates the
planned production order for the sub BOM also when u run the MR
