The archives that holds the records for Graciosa is in Angra, on Terceira (they hold Terceira, Graciosa, and Sao Jorge islands). The dispensation for all 9 islands are in Angra (since Angra is the Diocese seat). I seem to remember all inter-island flights are SATA. After thinking about my experi
