I’m with you, at 64! The breakdown isn’t quite as simple as that when you
are half if your parent’s DNA doesn’t come from a 100% parent.My
husband shows about 87%. Our 4 kids ended up battling over who was the

Two functions are there Liz and you've blurred them together.
You can do "In Common With" (or "Not In Common With") only 1 other person.
You can do the Chromosome Browser with 5 people.
Back to "In Common With"You can kind of get around it by using the

Hi,
When I go into my family finder and try to do the in-common with it says
that I can link 5 people. But when I try it only brings up one at a time.
Can it show 5 people at once and if so how do you do that?

That's me saying that. FTDNA says back to the 2 greats, which is within
some statistical confidence level.

So if my cousin was born in 1928, minus the 200 years, then he would

I've had this question a couple of times now.
What is the Big Y and should I get it?
The Big Y is a Short Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) test. It refines your

Trevor C's questions/statements with response:

Yes. Father to son.
2) The lack of importance the Azoreans gave to surnames is one way the

But 23 out of 25 is starting to fall apart. And if you are haplogroup R1b,
then you only want to pay attention to your 37 and 67 marker matches.

However, my mom was Italian with a drop of English, Scottish, and Irish for
