even be able to traverse the directories without

Everyone hates slow websites. So do we.
Make your web apps faster with AppDynamics
if it was an issue with that.
Also, changed the log level on the client and the log looks exactly the
same. Actually the log files look pretty clean. It is really like it is
almost not even trying to do the other two directories.
Thanks

On Thu, Jan 31
backup went fine! Now on to the other machines.
Thanks ... again ... almost there, but now that this worked the rest
SHOULD be easy.

Also, I found this http://backuppc.sourceforge.net/faq/localhost.html
It does have some info, hoping I can find some of the other items that
are listed:
A similar setup with sudo can be used for rsync. See the SSH FAQ for more
information.

So, now that I have backuppc running, the Ubuntu distribution had setup up
a Tar backup of /etc for localhost. I went in and added a couple of
locations to that backup. (TarShareName from GUI)
The next incremental looks like it found all the directories and added
them, but it didn't add *ANY
to the group

Then the issue.. I went and and changed the TopDir setting and did the mv
command.. Now the server isn't running. I tried to restart, no luck,

I recently installed Ubuntu 12.10 (non server) but desire to run some
server type aps. In looking for a centralized backup solution I settled on
BackupPC. Not being a unix expert I figured having the GUI would help.
Well I have a few issues!
The good:
- I can access the webpage from the
options.
Yeah, everything is ext3 or ext4 (actually data02 is the only one ext3 and
that is since it came straight out of my old server that died and was
ext3 already)
