There's a good photo display of hyemale at http://members.eunet.at/m.matus/e_berkley.html It appears that the pictures that I mentioned earlier that showed hyemale with 'leaves' were actually pictures of arvense. It also appears that hyemale tends to be a much larger plant (over 5 ft at times)
