I'd been using blackbox on Red Hat. I have changed to SuSE 7.3. I have bb 6.2
running well and have been over the menu.
I'm wondering how to set up bb to start with certain programs
running--bbpager and some dockapps, mostly. I know how to do that on Red Hat
7.1 but haven't figured where to p
app they iconified.
Did the font in this message display illegibly in other folks' email
client or just in mine? I couldn't read it until I hit "reply."
And per the suggestion, just use the 2nd mouse button and go down to
"icons.

Actually, while I "like" the skills to help, I meant to say that I
"lack" the skills to help. And I would like to see this feature
available.

Dave,
I have this item in my menu. It works:
[exec] (Edit Menu) {xterm -e vim .blackbox/menu}

you can add options for color etc. And of course use the term of your

I did.
I have downloaded & installed bbconf; however, when I try to open it, it
crashes with a segmentation fault.
Can anyone help?

I had found a fetchmail daemon running yesterday and killed it.

while, someone refers to Blackbox crashing or being
unstable. I must be doing something wrong ;-) because bb just ticks
along on my system and never gives me any problems. That's a major
reason I prefer it to, say Gnome. I sometimes have problems with apps,
usually email for some reason, but
t Window Maker recently, a more informed
look than my earlier one. Blackbox is really much better: cleaner and
leaner.

While you're at it, you can change colors and other items. I've found
that the color names in Emacs work fine, as in the "bsetroot" line above.

LICQ does work with Blackbox.
