Hi Dan
Your problem is caused by upgrading to Internet explorer 7 as you have to
have Jaws 8 or higher to fully access that. Some choices you have are:
1. Upgrade to the latest Jaws.
2. Use a demo of the latest Jaws when accessing the internet.
3. From the add/remove item in the control

You could run MSConfig to sort this out but I think I would recommend that
you download a program called Start UP Manager from the Jaws User Programs

I received an Olympus DS50 for Christmas. Let me say that this is the most
blind friendly digital recorder I have ever owned. On the other hand, the
software player provided is not very blind friendly at all. It is supposed to
make it possible to perform some of the functions using your PC.
Hi Linda,
I am sure There is imformation on this on both the blind-computing and
jaws-users websites.
Blind-computing.com will be down until the first of the year, however.
If you don't get an answer that works for you, contact me, and I will write

Hi Linda,
The short answer is, no.
Example:
If you put Jaws in the system tray, it doesn't cause Jaws to run at
startup.
If you can give some more imformation surrounding your question,
we could most likely give you a more specific answer.
