I called John on the phone last evening and got to the bottom of his problem. The fact is he messed up his naming conventions, and that's why they were out of order. Instead of for example chapter 08 he had it written as chapter 0eight. Read it closely folks to know what I am talking about. It

Samuel, I'm thinking that the sound you are hearing relates to the Information Bar used in Service Pack 2 to protect you when downloading from a site. I'm not sure how to tell you to access this since I'm not a Jaws user, but I can provide a Microsoft link that will tell you how to use the bar
