Avast does check all incoming outgoing mail without having to do anything.
I don't know the steps on where to go and check off the top of my head if
you need them but, if you need them I am sure someone on the list can come

PDF Creator. I simply deleted that version and installed the more up to date
software and everything is fine again.

JAWS to activate on its own again. I did not try any other speech programs.
