I am having this problem with IE, however it works fine with Firefox,
although it took me a few attempts to log in, but that's an issue I've
always had with the mobile site and Firefox from the beginning. I sure

Hi, you have to place the word recent with a colon before your account name,
where it says log in information under the servers tab of the account
properties.
So, if you type in the account log in information, it should look like this:
recent:addr...@gmail.com
The password remains the same.
