Hello Alen,
Practically, it is possible to have more than one office
version running, except that it is difficult to configure the system so that
two version of Outlook are running at once.
My advice would be when installing Office 2007, to checkout Outlook, so you
use all Office 2007
Ok, jaws13 public beta which is now abailable includes a new thing called
convenient OCR, which lets you carry out optical character recognition on
the screen elements, and then sort of virtually use the jaws/mouse cursor
to interact with the OCR result/window it processed.
Anyway, while that

Thanks for the response on this. Once I get the Office 2007
program what about this idea. Totally uninstall Office 2000
and then reinstall it only choosing to include outlook 2000?
Then when I put the student version of Office 2007 in (which
doesn't include Outlook) I should be able to choose the
Hello Allen,
In case you uninstall Office 2000, you have no problem installing Outlook
2007 and no clnflict comes. Conflict may occur when two version of Outlook
run at once.

Hello,
I keep getting this extra annoying update reminder in my system tray. I think
it gets in the way of other things running, or slows them down, should I just
click on the update and let it have it's way, or is there something I can do to
either make acrobat reader update automatically, or
okey dokey, I sent it off my computer last night and all is still fine..

HI Mike,
I rechecked again, I only had the one I uninstalled last night, but will be

I guess I'm spared a foot and a trip to Doctor Phil's couch? hehehe

In my university classes, I am required to write my papers in the font

Hi Mark,
I haven't yet installed jaws 13. At work I use Jaws 12 and Word 2010. Times
New Roman is in the font options, and all the attributes, including italics,
work fine. I guess if you can't get the correct font, the italics probably
won't matter, but what happens if you just select the
