Karen, Are you positive all contacts are imported? Hit Ctrl 3 to see if they are? If so, while in outlook, hit Alt F and then arrow down to options. Hit enter and then Ctrl Tab to get to the mail tab to adjust settings. Tab through and make sure the box to auto complete the address when typing in
