I am trying to make a desktop icon for User Accounts. I always had this on
my desktop, but it is no longer there for some reason and I cannot figure

Go to your user account either by typing in, user account in the start menu
or by going to the control panel.
After the user account is open, do a alt D to bring up the location.
Copy that to the clipboard.

It was a round about way of doing it, but I did manage get it to work.
There is probably a better way of doing it, but after placing the icon on
the desktop I went into the properties and tabbed to, open file location.
This put me on a file called, control.exe.
Enter on that file name
Well you got it to work even if you had to make a big leap and dodge a tree
along the way.

You can press your applications key which is between the right windows key
and the right ctrl key. That will bring up your contex menu or you can rout
jaws to pc by pressing insert jaws curser key and then pressing your right
mouse button.
