Try this to make a user account shortcut on your desktop. Go to your user account either by typing in, user account in the start menu or by going to the control panel. After the user account is open, do a alt D to bring up the location. Copy that to the clipboard. Go to the desktop and make sure

David, It was a round about way of doing it, but I did manage get it to work. There is probably a better way of doing it, but after placing the icon on the desktop I went into the properties and tabbed to, open file location. This put me on a file called, control.exe. Enter on that file name
