We always use Kilz #2 for primer. you have the option of water or oil base. I like the water because it cleans up in the sink. Oil based requires mineral spirits or another type of solvent to clean the brushes or rollers. I would recommend a roller to paint walls. It covers a much wider

Jennifer, I'll give you two tips. Number 1, run a bead of caulk where ever two wood panels come together, before painting. If you don't the paint will have a hard time filling in the gap. I'd also caulk at the top of the baseboard and anywhere else there is a gap. Number 2, Nail the quarter

They do have 100 lb tanks with heads that take a fill from a truck. It is almost as expensive as getting a 20 lb tank filled. I'm not sure what the cost is, but per gallon probably runs over 6 to 8 bucks each. If you go to a 100 gallon size, the price will almost be cut in half or less.

The different is that the old valve didn't have a safety relief that will pop if the tank is more than 80% filled so the tank can not be over filled. I believe the valve also has a right and left tread for the hose attachment and the new valve doesn't need a wrench to tighten the connection
