rebuild
any sensitive packages to tweak the last few % out, but then you have
to do it with each security update. Anyone read a recent comparison
about this?

Beyond that, I'm not completely sure what you're asking: I'd suggest
saving the data and marking it as unverified until whatever test you
use is passed. It also looks like you maybe want to redisplay the
form rather than flashing.

As I understand it, the foundation is in the US, so it would need
written copyright assignment from all contributors before
the cake sibling of app. You could try
setting the define()s in app/webroot/index.php to be the actual path
string instead of the functions on __FILE__.
