You would add something like: telephony-service sdspfarm units 1 sdspfarm transcode sess 6 sdspfarm tag cmexcoder (or you may need to change your profile to mtp, where is the mac of the g0/0. you would then use mtp instead of cmexcoder. I depends on the IOS

I think you are looking at this wrong. There is no order of priority, translation-pattern, versus route-pattern, versus hunt-pilot, versus directory-number (this isn't BGP)... What there is is Calling Search Spaces and Partitions and something called 'urgent priority'... Or a better way to say
