I'm having a problem with registering a sip phone in my lab, perhaps
someone can help. I am running CUCME 7.0.1 on a 2811 router. The sip
phone is a 7960. I have configured all the necessary parameters as far
as I can see, and I find that the phone shows as not having registered
with the CME,
Phillip can we see your SIP config from the router?
Also SIP is a very strange thing in the CME world with the 7960's. They
will act like they are registered but really are not. This is due to SIP
being a peer to peer protocol rather than a server-client protocol.

So, at a minimum I would download the demo from Van Dyke and play with

I finally gave up on the loopback option and went with POTS and VOIP dial peers.
Using 2 POTS and 2 VOIP dial peers, all portions of B-ACD is working fine.
So, if someone can tell me why

I get the exact same results from a VOIP DP pointing session target to the
loopback and service aa as I did with the loopback solution below. I get a
