Hi: You need software mtp from ios not from ucm, make sure that ios mtp are configured and registered, to be sure that mtp is working verify it with sh sccp or from ucm. Once you have ios mtp registered add a mrg and include all ucm software mtp and cnf, then do not include this mrg to
