How would that call be sent out to the gateway?
Your RD is 408
But your route pattern is \+!
Options could be:
- Add the + to the RD.
- Configure a dialing rule to add the + when area code is 408
- Configure a dialing rule to add 91 when area code is 408 and use one of

Anyone faced this weird issue?
Sometimes even with mgcp bind command specified, it will bind to ccm using
wrong ip address. What's the solution to resolve it?
For me, i will just reboot the router but it waste quite a few minutes.

Yes, this is normal behaviour.
The workaround is to issue mgcp bind commands only *after* the GW
registers to CUCM. Then you can bounce the GW (no mgcp/mgcp) and it
registers with proper source address.

Hi Miron,
From what I understand in your case you only have one trunk, with CUCM Group

In this case the second call manager is only used in case if the first fails,

I have problem with invoking transcoder. I registered two IOS transcoders

But it always fail to invoke transcoder at HQ and call fails and

Just wondering what people think works best to put a branch rtr (h323 or mgcp)
Mgcp seems simpliest to just do no mgcp
H323 - not sure. What do people think?
1. Put in different ccm group (one server) and stop ccm services
2 shut down PRI
3. Shut down physical interface
