I did this today and had no issues. I did not need the ntp master command. I did however experience the issues: could ping CUE from my HQ router, could not ping HQ router from within CUE, could not get ntp to associate. oops, int service-engine0/0 was shut. I no shut and was able to ping and

looks like you got it right then. if you are hearing a prompt that the user is unavailable, it is because you havent recorded a custom prompt and CUC is giving you a made up one. I assume you do not have an actual user named AA. Attempt to use your caller inputs now and see whay happens. The

Your original configuration did not have a native vlan command maybe the voice vlan does not work if there is no native vlan active. Not able to lab test to prove this but perhaps you could remove the trunking commands and use switchport access vlan 1 Also remember that switchport mode access/swi
