That seems to me like Cisco can careless about their customer support. We are
their customers. We spend lots of money to get certified, so the least they
can do is providing us with feedback. If there are multiple ways to implement
a solution, then how do we know which way to implement if we

failed. I knew right away after the lab that i failed. The reason why I
failed was not due to the lack of or inadequate amount of knowledge that I
