I have this seen this also, to be honest I think it shouldn't matter whether it is in threshold 1 or 3 as long as no other COS is in same Threshold of queue 1 of queset 2. When you leave in in threshold 3 I think you should be fine with: mls qos queue-set output *2* threshold 1 100* *100* 75
