Techies.com. They have a package with a whole series of Web Development
related CBT-type things. It covers some Java and XML stuff that I'm

Why? Why would you need a person to do both? If you are using
ColdFusion
I get the sense that a lot of large companies don't have actual IT people
come up with HR listings. That's why you see entry level positions that
require 10 years in web development experience, 4 years of .NET preferred.

"HTTP/1.1 302 Object Moved" means the browser fails to do anything with
cookies. You would have this problem with any scripting language.
